ROBERT GLADE

ROBERT GLADE-WRIGHT

FOUNDER AND DIRECTOR

Rob is a former barrister, sole practitioner and family lawyer. He graduated from the University of Tasmania with a Bachelor of Laws in 1972 and was admitted in 1974. After years of experience as counsel in the Family Court in Hobart Rob moved in 1997 to Queensland where he was accredited as a family law specialist. He joined Attwood Marshall, becoming its head of family law. He left practice in 2006 to begin work on The Family Law Book.

Craig graduated from Griffith University in 2001 with a Bachelor of Arts and Bachelor of Laws with Honours. He was articled to Attwood Marshall and admitted to practice in 2003. Joining Small Myers Hughes at Southport in 2005, he is now a partner there. In 2015 Craig was accredited by the Queensland Law Society as a family law specialist (awarded the program’s Highest Achiever in “recognition of his true level of expertise in this area”).

KELEIGH ROBINSON

KELEIGH ROBINSON

With a Bachelor of Arts and Bachelor of Laws (Honours) from Deakin University, Keleigh was admitted in 2006. After working in a suburban firm she joined the Melbourne family law firm Carew Counsel in 2008. Keleigh completed a Masters of Applied Law (Family Law) at the College of Law in 2009 and in 2011 was accredited by the Law Institute of Victoria as a specialist in family law. Keleigh joined our legal help line panel in 2016.

Lucky is the son of a Greek migrant who arrived in Fremantle in 1912 as a 12 year old without his parents when war was about to break out between Greece and Turkey. Lucky’s dad became a successful Perth fruiterer and helped to shape his son in business.
By the age of 20, Lucky was operating his own coffee shop and by 25 had established a shopping centre management company. By 30, he controlled seven shopping centres.

Born in London, Denise also lived in Germany and Singapore where her father, a colonel in the British Army, took postings before coming to Australia when Denise was 12. Denise attended St Hilda’s School on the Gold Coast before attaining a Bachelor of Arts at Queensland University. She also holds a Diploma of Paralegal Studies and is a JP. She has been a paymaster in PNG,
a travel consultant in Victoria and NSW, a voluntary worker while living in Malaysia…

Raised in Brisbane where he was educated at The Marist Brothers’ College, Terry began an arts law degree at Queensland University before choosing a career as a professional musician instead. This took him around the world as a songwriter and performer, a crew member of the marine research vessel M.V. El Torito, an award winning script and jingle writer and voice over artist for many organisations, including the Australian Tourist Commission.

Caitlin has had a varied career and since joining The Family Law Book in 2012 she has not only managed to become a fully qualified personal trainer but has also produced three beautiful children. Caitlin is an avid CrossFitter and enjoys competing in local competitions. She is a vital member of our team, providing us with indispensable administrative support behind the scenes.
